Disable the ability to forward e-mail..

A user just asked me this question...

"Is there a way to disable the ability to forward and e-mail you send to someone?"

I didn't think so, but does anyone know?

In the newer versions of Office there is the ability. It's under File -> Permission. You have to be using a Windows Rights Managgement client though.
