Disable Secondary Call

How do I disable an extension to receive another call on the second line?

The phone is 1608 and when the user is in a call he doesn't want to receive another call in the second line.

Hi Takayama, you can delete call appearance key c=, but keep b= still (in case he wants to transfer someone ever in teh future, he'll need second key,) but on User-Telephony-Multiline options, tick "Reserve Last CA" which means the B= key will be only available for an outbound call... such as transferring the a= caller.
