And the obvious consideration that users can turn off JavaScript.
(I'm assuming you want to disable "View Source", but even if not, firstly:why would you wish to break a user's browser, and secondly: people do browse with javascript turned off.)

I know that it's 'not done' turning of right click on a website and that you can always view the source one way or the other. But it was just a technical question. Just for nothing these sort of stuff
This also explains disable printing , disable copy and paiste, redirecting those who disable javascript so they can get to your stuff, disabling context menu, disabling image bar etc etc also explains those opera and safari user probs
Although it should be worth pointing out that those scripts are not foolproof, and can easily be bypassed by any vaguely experienced user.
They should not be relied on to stop (as the page so eloquently puts it) "No More Leeching Your Web Images... ... No More Copyinng Your Source Scripts" - there is no 100% guaranteed way to do this other than not publishing them to start with.
mmerlin... I think the blank page on IE for the Mac is actually part of a new campaign they are running... preventing you from "Copyinng" their scripts by not presenting you with any content to copy
