The flag ”call waiting on” is disabled but the digital phones keeps still ringing for the second call. How can I disable it?

Drop down to 2 CA keys and reserve the last key in the user settings

ok amriddle01, it fixed!
but now we have another problem...
when the extesion has the both key busy, we can't transfer, because I have no more free CA keys :/

That is the drawback, but that's the reason you reserve the last CA so that it's free for the outgoing leg of the transfer. Are your users taking calls and making calls and attempting transfers at the same time? If so you may be snookered
