Disable mouse and keyboard?

Hello!

I am using the Task Scheduler to run a database at 11AM everyday. This is working, although I don't want anyone using this computer during this time, while it is running. I have put up signs on the computer saying not to use during this time, but it still happens.

I am trying to find a way to disable the use of the mouse and keyboard while the database is open. Is this even possible to do?
