Disable Login Box When Access Starts

Hi Everyone,

Newbie question. Is there a way to disable the login box requesting a a user id and password that appears when you open Access. I have a database here that was developed by persons no longer with our organization that when this box appears the user simply clicks OK. I have been asked to remove this feature and being really new to Access and in particular Access security I don't know where to begin. Any help or suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.
