Can you set a user so they can access files on your LAN but not allow them to get outside to the internet. Can you have that person also be logged on as an admin? If so How?

A1: Two methods:
. Use a false proxy entry
. Use IPSEC
Q2: "Can you have that person also be logged on as an admin? If so How?"
Group Policy affects Administrators too. Use Group Policy to deny the ability to change Network settings.
