Disable General Delivery MB

I have a Norstar Messaging 100 on a CICS 6.0 and I want the Gen Del mailbox to stop answering calls. I unchecked the "enable General Delivery Mailbox" check box and reset the CP, but after the caller makes a choice from the CCR tree and gets sent to a receptionist, they get 12 rings (drt setting) and the calls are still answered by the GDM. Anyone else seen this?

Try to log in on phone enter log password, then press 6, it will say general delev Y or N.
