Hi, hoping for a little help on a practice which is not allowed at our location, users have created rules to auto forward messages from their exchange inbox to external internet email addresses. These messages containing company proprietary information are not to be dissemenated that way. Anyone know of a setting we can invoke on the exchange server to not allow email to be automatically forwarded to another email address? Thanks In Advance

Disable forwarding capability in Exchange

On the IMS, check the box that says "Disable Automatic Replies to the Internet" (Under Advanced Options on the Internet Mail page)
