Hey ALl,
I would like to setup my Exchange 2003 Server so that I can disable certain options for only certain users.

For example I have a training room that I only want them to be able to access incoming/outgoing email, and no calendar or spam folders.

Is this possible?

Many Thanks
Dave

If @ 1st U don't suceed then I guess your not a bird :P

Are you planning on setting up unique training room users, or are you hoping that users with existing mailboxes who are logged on to training room systems won't be able to access those things?

Basically, no matter which it is, the answer is no. All the standard Outlook features are delivered as a single package and permissions can't easily be set on individual items that would disallow the user's access to them.

Dave,
What are you trying to achieve? Training Rooms would surely be diaries for when they are in use, not email.

If we know more we may be able to suggest something.
