hi everyone.
Does anyone knows how I can disable CTRL+ESC key for windows XP?

Is there any regestry key where I can disable?
Or may how to disable just the ESC key.

thanks in advance

What are you trying to achieve and can you tell us more on why you feel this action is necessary?

ESC = Cancel last action.
CTRL+ESC = Display the Start menu.
Windows logo key = Display the Start menu
TAB will cycle through all buttons including Start which can then be opened via ENTER.

As you can see there are several alternatives to display the Start menu.

This thread will lead you in to Keyboard Mapping, if you wnt to go that way?

You can use the Group Policy editor (Gpedit.msc) under the following location to configure Start menu features:
User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar

This explains it more and also shows you the Registry settings that are altered.
