When a call goes into voicemail, is there a way to disable 1 from bypassing the greeting. We need the caller to listen to the entire message.

Is this for just 1 mailbox? If so, you could make it an auto-attd with no presses but a 1 second timeout to a call-answer box. This would force them to hear the auto-attd greeting before getting to the actual place where they will leave a message.

They still need to be able to leave a message. Just not bypass the greeting.
