OK, OK baseed on your posting history, I feel OK going into more detail.
LD24 DISA has recently become an "upon request" but still a no added cost feature.
I have used it for years, however I check it often to make sure it is still restricted the way I want it to be. My DISA is like this:

SCOD 09465054 - If you do not assign a SCOD, your telephone bills will going up. Please use SCOD.
AUTR NO < ----- We do not use Authorization Codes.
TGAR 1 < ------ All my routes are TARG 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 - I assume yours are too?
NCOS 0 < ------ NCOS 0 cannot even dial 911 "in my system"
COS FR2 < ---- The most restrictive CLS
