Yes specify your received digits in the auto DN or DISA DN programming under Access Codes.
You will need to find an existing DN on the switch and change it's DN number to match the received digits of your DID.
This customer has a pri with a 1800 # pointed at the norstar on target line 145. What they want to do is call in on this line, and seize pri for outward calls. They want to go this route so save on the long disance on incoming. They have 3 digit ext #'s and 4 digit receive #'s. I am trying to set up a DISA DN, but when I try to enter the DN # it wants 4 digits, and like I said, they have 3 digit ext #'s. I need a detailed explanation (step by step) on how to make this work...Any help is appreciated...Mike
As I said configure the DISA DN with a spare DID number change
available system DN to match DID number.
Use this DID number as your DISA DN is system programming/access codes.
In remote access package 04 allow PRI-A access.
Create a COS password with set filter 00, line filter 00, and remote access filter 04.
Remotely dial DID number system will answer with stuttered dial tone, enter COS password, dial destination code for PRI-A
Dial out.
