Directory Upload from OTM ---> 1000m

Customer has OTM and CS1000M. Directory had previously been uploaded to the phonesets previously (about 6 months ago) but had never been updated. I went through the procedure correctly (reasonable sure of this) and saw the uploader working. However, when I access the Dir from an I2004 I am not getting the updated information. Clues? What am I missing?
