directory security => everyone => full on deny!

I changed on my OS partition a directory security's settings.

I added the administrator. (directory => properties=>security=> add => administrators)
and gave them full permissions.

So I thought i can now minimalize the permissions from everyone. But now i can't get access to the directory any more..

Is the directory lost?

I did not try my right mouse button yet.
But now I have. And I could set the permissions back as they where.
