Directory button assignment

Hi All

Avaya advise that when assigning the 'directory' button to a station, buttons for 'next' and 'make call' should also be assigned. What I would like to know is can a 'previous' button be assigned also?
I get a lot of complaints that people press 'next' lots of times to scroll through directory entries but often overshoot the required entry, and there is no option but to scroll through the list again?!
We use 1608 model phones but I must admin to being stumped over this problem - Any ideas folks?

Nope. The "Next" button is all you get.

"Next" works for a great many features apart from Directory. (Leave-word-calling, and Vu-Stats buttons come to mind.) But no one at Avaya seems to have noticed the need for a "Previous" button.
