Director Discovery through a firewall

I have opened up TCP/UDP port 14247 on my firewall and I still cannot get director to discover my DMZ servers.

I have tried to manually add the servers and I have also tried to have the servers send a test error to the server. Neither worked.

Am I missing something?

Did you configure a Relay Agent for the subnet that the DMZ server reside in?
