Director 4.20.2 - Padlock Symbol on Windows 2000 Domain Controllers

I have installed a new Director 4.20.2 Server onto our network. The new Server is a replacement for our current 3.1.1 server and it will be managing 1000 clients.

I have sucessfully added the clients and I have secured almost all of the servers using either a Domain admin account or a local admin account.

My only problem is the Windows 2000 DC's which I have not been able to access with either account.

Does anybody have any ideas ??
