Direct to VM

I have an IP500 V2 running 6.0(14). I used to do direct to voice mail with a short code of
#xxxx
Voice mail Collect
"#"N

With the upgrade to (.14) from (.8) The Quotes in front of the # sign disappear. I have also created a call flow in voice mail pro that does not work any more.
Any one know of a work around for direct to voice mail in 6.0 (14)

Change the feature to Dial and then add the "" marks back in press OK, then change the feature back to VM collect

Change the SC to;

#xxxx
Dial
"#"N

Click OK

Then change Dial to Voice mail Collect
