Direct call to Lync User from Avaya Ip Phone

Dear IPO gurus,
Is it possible to call a Lync user( No avaya lync plugin and no ip phone) directly from Avaya IP phone (avaya ipo release 8.1).


We have two office both are using lync registered to same lync server.

Office 1 lync is configured with avaya plugin and they have ip phones..
Office 2 lync is configured/no plugin and no ip phones ...

Is it possible to call the lync users in office 2 from the ip phones in Office 1.

Its all about the number matching and call routing.

Do you have a SIP trunk from the IP Office to the Lync server?
