DIOD Requirements

Hello:

I was wondering if someone could provide me with the requirements (hardware & software) to support a T1 DS1 based DIOD trunk group. In talking with my Avaya reseller he informed me I needed ISDN-PRI and only a TN767E DS1 circuit pack, in attempting to install a DIOD trunk group this evening I discovered otherwise.

Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John,

If u want a only (i.e either tone or mf) T1 DIOD then u dont need ISDN PRI.and u need to have TN464 or TN 2464 DS1 card.
