Ok I have a problem with dimensions.

I do a lot of longtidunal sections where horizontal scales are 5 times smaller than vertical scales.

To make note of the figures I have to check the properties of the line, divide it by 5, and then add on a datum level.

I can cut out one action by changing my measurement scale to .2, but I saw a string of text that was in the text overide box before that you can add a figure to the dimension figure.

i.e.

dimension a 30000mm line with my .2 scale, the figure will be 6000mm and then I want to be able to add 1000mm to that figure...so if I stretch the dimension line, the value of 1000mm will stay added.
