Do DTR Cards on a particular shelf only support the other TN cards on that shelf or do they affect other cards in the system? We are trying to consolidate some columns. Thanks in advance!

DTRs are shared by all customers on the system and must be distributed equally over all the Network loops
The planing & engineering guide has al least 4 methods of calculation for DTRs, including consoles, holding time, time before answer, 85% untilazation, etc, etc.
I would look elsewhere and leave those alone, but you can check the P&E NTP.
