Digital Trunk error

I keep getting the following errors
DTA 005 6
DTA 007 6

Then when I stat the loop 6 I am seeing a message at the Top indicating "REMOTE ALRM OS LIMIT EXCEEDED"
And it usually Disable the whole LOOP.
I can re enable the loop by
DISL 6
and then ENLL 6 but it will happen again in an hour or so.
Does Anyone have any suggestion as to what my issue might be here?

that prints the err table and clears it. even if the loop is clean now it needs those tables cleared.. watch it for additional hits lcnt 6

I have rcnt both loop 5 and 6 as i am having the problem on both loops.
I had to disl and enll both loops to get the channels anabled again but both Ts are still in a Yellow Alarm state?
Any thoughts?

yellow alarm is telling you that your switch is fine, layer one is clean to the far end (copper) but the far end switch will not answer back.. i would disl x enll x at least once after i rcnt... then contact the far end, they may be in the same status
