Digital Recorder

Hi,
I am hoping for a little feed back on a digital recorder. Does any have one in place or can recommend a vendor? I have a Definity G3R ver. 10 with 150 agents. I need to record and retrieve messages either by a web interface or have it integrated to our CRM application, any suggestions???

I realize it been a while since you posted this...
Did you get a price on Nice? Very expensive.

I use this little app and it works well. Nothing fancy but maybe it will work for you?

I have a nice system in place in two call centers and have constant problems especialy when it comes to screen capture. Each Center has about 200 agents. I have been looking for another solutin and am considering Witness. I have a Nice/Witness comparason doc from one of my vendors if you are interested.
