Digital phones - Hot dialpad not working

System processor changed out and upgraded this past weekend. All working great except digital phones used to have active/hot dialpads. You did not have to pickup the receiver. Just started dialing.

Can not find where to activate this again.

On hook dialing in sys fea?

Yes, under system features there is a place to allow on hook dialing for a variety of phones.
