Is there a digital cordless phone I can use on a Opt61c? Seems to me there used to be a phone called Spectraphone or Spectra...something that was digital, but I may be remembering something completely different. If there is such a thing, am I going to need some special line card or something?

Thanks group [ponder]

Aastra makes a cordless for the Option switches.

spectralink was the name, now voip wireless is a better choice. nortels work pretty good, but we went with voip wireless cisco.. as long as you have enough access points, you've got coverage

John, Are you using the 7920 wireless sets and having all kinds of quality problems like we are. Bought 500 of these pieces of garbage, suitable for a pillowtop environment only!
Call Manager has been O.K., reliable and a decent back end.

Thanks for your help as usual. I'd have to go work in a factory screwing on toothpaste caps if it wasn't for you guys....not that there is anything wrong with screwing on toothpaste caps.

john brings up a good point, are you looking for just a cordless phone or a wireless set up. Because each is set up differently. If it's just a phone then look at the Aastra they make one that is like the M2616 and it programs pretty much the same.

I'm looking for a cordless phone, so I'm looking into the Aastra right now.
