Digital Announcer/Music on hold

We have music on hold which works fine. We also have a NT5M series digital announcer for our ACD que that works fine. All our dig. ann. says is "Please wait for the next available agent." What I cannot figure out is how to have our music on hold play inbetween the spoken announcement.

Any suggestions?
