I'm trying to move outbound service to a PRI. Everything is working (long distance calls, toll-free calls), but local calls. When callers try to call locally, the PBX is only sending the first 7 digits (should be 10). Anyone know where this setting is? The RLI looks normal.

might change the FLEN on your RLI for for local NPA & local NXX to FLEN 12 and FLEN 10 respectively

That makes sense to me, and I see that prompt in the NTP, but I don't get an FLEN option in LD 90. Where do I program that?

Should get that prompt when changing a NPA/NXX before or after the RLI prompt in 90

never mind, i found it. if I build them as SPNs instead of NXXs I get that choice. thanks for the quick response!

that did resolve the problem and i have some very happy users. thank you very much!

I'm glad that worked, but I'm not sure that is the correct fix, It may have to do w/ telco if they want 10 instead of 7, I guess it will not hurt anything. I would not want my local exchange (NXX) to be a SPN. No blood no foul I guess, as long as they are happy
