is there any possibility to remove all the alarm generated on the PBX when someone logout from the PC and using IP soft phone or IPagent. it is floading the alarm report.
depending on your login permissions (although i'm sure only Avaya can do it) if you go to "set options" i think yo can turn off stations from alarming to the alarm log.
