Different Systems Discovered via Collection

Win2000 SP2 Server / SMS 2.0 SP3 (and a few Hotfixes)

Anyone experienced this problem:
When I run the collection "All Systems" 3 machines appear but when I run a self-defined collection named "All Windows 2000 Systems" 4 machines appear.
Anyone got a hint for me please ?
