Hey all,
So I have an FTP server setup on a w2k machine and some of my clients upload files and folders that were origianlly in Chinese. I want the original chinese characters to show up on my machine which is in english rather then garble like this:
µØÌú
I tired doing Control Panel->Regional and Language Options...
and adding chinese which then puts the little blue selection box in my task bar but that did not seem to do anything.
anyone have any ideas?

Are you referring to HTML pages or data files, e.g PDFs?

files and folders on the hard drive. meaning looking at them in explorer.
