Different E-mail addresses 1

I would like to give all my users an extra e-mail address without changing each one individually.

At present they are set up by default as the username@XXX.com

I would like it to be: Firstname.lastname@XXX.com

Is there a way with Exchange 2K which will allow me to do this?

I have been told that there is but cannot find any documentation to back it up.
