difference in statements acccess-list

Hi,

Could anybody tell me the difference between:

access-list 102 permit tcp any any eq www

and:

access-list 102 permit tcp any eq

http://www any

When do I use the top one? And when the bottom one?

Chris,

The top one will only match if the destination port is www, while the bottom will only match if the source port is www.
