Please can you tell us the difference between Avaya IP Office contact center and Avaya Aura Contact Center?

They are different CC applications, I don't have the time to specify what the differences are but which application to choose depends on the customer requirements.

IPOCC is CIE in Aura. IPO ACCS is AAC in Aura.

I'm sure there will be a comparison somewhere on the Avaya partner site, if not your Avaya CAM should be able to help.
