Hi

I would like to find the number of days between two dates that does not count weekends (Sat,Sun).

thanks for your time

Have a look at the NETWORKDAYS function - it's part of the analysis toolpak (Tools>AddinsAnalysis Toolpak)

Is there anyway of excluding bank holidays automatically as well without having to list the dates to exclude like networkdays offers?

nope - think about it - bank holidays are A: Entirely optional for employers and B: different in every country

That's why there is an OPTION to include them if you wish, as a range of dates
