To put a finer point on smah's response, the "internet" is technically the physical side of the web - the routers, switches, cables, and other connections that allow us to view web pages around the world. In terms of being blurred to the point of being the same, we can't have the "web" without the "internet" and if we didn't have the "web" there wouldn't be much point in having an "internet".
There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
