Hi, I add a tree view in my application, then i register the comctl32.ocx in a win98, when the PC run this program, the PC always "hang" but run normally in Win2K. Is there any relation??

takyan,

Good question...if you remove the treeview does the application work normally again without the hang-ups? When exactly does it hang up, can you run the application in debug mode on the Win98 box and see the exact line that the OS is hanging on? I am assuming by hang that you mean the entire OS is freezing and not just your application? Try to unregister the comctl32.ocx and re-register it, there may be something messed up in the registry. Does the Win98 box operate normally except for this application or is the machine given to freezing up? Not a solution to your problem but maybe food for thought.
