I have a customer that has 4 auto attendants set up. Each auto attendant has 4 pots lines assigned to them. 2 companies ring directly on to the auto attendant and 2 ring 5 times on telephones before they go to auto attendant.

The customer now is going to a PRI and are porting the main numbers. How am I going to do this routing with DID's now?

For example: DID 2222 has to ring on an extension 5 times and then be answered by auto attendant #1. DID 4444 has to be answered by auto attendant #2. DID 3333 has to be answered by auto attendant #3.

Thanks,

Renumber the extension to 2222 (or, use the routing tables to absorb 2222 and reroute to the desired extension). Then, give the extension coverage to voice mail, BUT make the mailbox point to AA #1.

For 4444, make an adjunct 4444, cover to VM, point to AA#2.
Same for 3333, except point to AA#3.
