The analog extension goe directly to the operator. Is there a feature the person might have accidently enabled to cause this to happen. The DID under lines info appears to be in correctly. Is there a setting under terminal and sets that can cause this.

call fwd can cause this

check the prime set under target line for that DID

does station to station calling work?

is the tgt line defined under term&sets to ring?
this shd be disabled for the operator and enabled for the extn

sounds like your call is going,To prime set, Do you have the right target pointing to the right dn,And that target
to ring at that dn...

The extension is 265, the operator is 210, The line is 223 and the target is 265, Under terminal and sets for 210 line 223 shows pvt>NH 408(name of extension 265)

I can call out but when someone internally calls the phone appears to be call forwarded to operator. I know feature # 4 can stop this on a digital phone, but this is an analog phone (just a cheap one you probably could by at walmart or 10 bucks). How can I cancel cancel call forwarding on this phone assuming this is the issue?

find the flash/ link/ or recall key on the phone.
Press flash #4

Like senk1s asked can you call ext to ext, 265 to 210 what does 210 see on the phone, What is your exts 210 thru 241
what type sys.Maybe your numbering could be off????

I got!!! thanks. I didn't know what flash was. I must have accidently got forwarded to the operator. I cleared it with flash # 4
