Ok heres the deal. I was gonna delete my administrator profile on my win2k server so first I logged in as another user and went to documents and settings and deleted my administrator. then i went into regedit and deleted my SID for my administrator account. I rebooted and now when i try to login to create new admin account it just flickers and stays at login.. Anyway to recreate this SID.. I know thats the problem!!!
