You will need Backup Exec,NT/2000,Intelligent Disaster Recovery Option.You can protect an application, by adding it in a configuration file with the help of this.You need a CD writer for this and the CD can be used to build a exact replica of your system.The directories and/or files you want to add can be done via the normal process.
