I have a 2 site network with the internet pipe at one site. Both sites use this intenet connection fine with access controlled using ISA2000 server. The problem I have is with dialup users to our network who get 'The page cannot be displayed' messages when accessing the internet.

When users are dialled up they can ping the ISA box with no problems but I cannot get web access to function. I have tried both with and without the ISA Firewall client.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure whichever dial up connection they use has the proxy settings set. Go into IE and Tools..Internet options. On the connections page select the dial up connection and choose settings. Put in the proxy details..
