I have two line-side T-1 cards attached to a server with two Dialogic D/240JCT-T1 cards. Everything works fine except when we want to transfer a call out of the IVR to our customer service department. It won't go through, we get reorder. The ports have C6A and XFA. The vendor says they need to know what tranfer bits (trans_bits) the PBX is sending for a transfer or the Trans_Time. Anybody know?
