I would like to insert a title to display my company name in a DIALOG BOX.

Sample: Like to Insert a *** TITLE *** HERE

Sorry, not possible.

You'd need to create a custom web page and possibly use a modalDialog to display something like this.

You cannot change the look and feel of an alert box, nor can you change its positioning.
