Dialled Number part missing on display and SMDR

I have IP500v2 running 9.0.2.0 build 860 and notice the following:
Most calls are fine, however some calls made from terminal (11 digit number) - display shows about 7 digits of number but call is successful on the network (all 11 digits are being processed by BT). SMDR output is also showing the smaller number.

Any idea's please.

depending on the phone it can only show so many characters, what type of phone

Phones are 1416 - 5420 - most calls are displaying the full number, it's just the odd one that only shows part of number and SMDR is also short on these occasions. Analogue extensions (dial 11 digits) also produce short SMDR records on odd occasions, call does complete on the network.
