Dialing out on m2250 issue

Our receptionist is having a curious issue. When she dials out and gets a number, she tries to tone dial when prompted and it does not respond. She, of course, dials extensions within the building, can dial and complete outside numbers, but she cannot make choices on phone trees. Could this be some setting within the programming? I am confused. Thanks for any idea.

You have to put an EES key, End to End signaling key on her console.

So after she dials the number, she will press the EES key, and then she can send DTMF

Found the EES key in the PBX programming. Not indicated on console. It works! Thanks!
