Dialing mistake 1

We have R12 SI. If I dilaing on the 6424 phones in speaker mode , and the volume is highest my dialed number take a mistake on the 3. or on the 7-8 number. i call
006202192940 then dialing 00621219294 or 006202192994 I see this number on the display too during the dialing. If my speaker's volume is lowest, or I dilang with lifted nadset no problem. We have 20 Definity from V4-to R12, and I never see this problem....

Try change terminal-parameters goto page for 6400/xxx/ Terminal Parameters you see BUILT-IN SPEAKER LEVELS and Touch Tone Sidetone(dB): ...
Enter bigger attenuation volume here (-43.5) it should help.

Ok, I 'll test it. now Side tone is -12 on the built in speaker with 64xx phones.
