Dialer / Automatic Network Connection...

Hello, I am creating (and almost finished) an ISP dialer for personal and 3rd party use. I was wondering if anyone knew or could point me in the direction of how to automate creating a network connection in windows (simply, I need script to auto-create a DUN connection with pre-filled information in it).

If anyone has any suggestions or even that script it would be greatly appreciated.
